
The core is a museum in a semi-destructed ruins capable of gathering not only the history of the old stone, but the community of people from different parts of Russia.
The herring has long been known for the production of «white stone», a special limestone, also called «oldice marble», which has been widely used for both building and construction purposes.

But now the prey of the old stone has slowed down because of the danger of being in legendary caves. But it doesn’t scare people, and they’re all trying to infiltrate them through illegal cave tours or other means, so the stone in the Old Lady has become an integral part of the culture, life and architecture in the city.

Philipov’s house illustrates how historical buildings are changing. In the past, there’s been a blazing trade, and now it’s gradually turning into a ruin, which can’t leave anyone indifferent.

Project proposal
Since the building was almost ruined, I wanted to leave a part of this story, though sad, but important. Therefore, it was decided to «campalyze» every stone that is part of a collapsed building.
